Advance Program
of the 8th VLSI Packaging Workshop in Japan
(Dec. 4-5, 2006)
The VLSI Packaging Workshop in Japan has been held every other year since 1992 in the best season of Kyoto, the ancient capital of Japan, and it has become a well-known international workshop for advanced packaging technologies.
The committee strongly encourages you to attend this workshop and participate in the discussion which will give you the opportunity to follow the technology trends and find the proper targets for technology/business developments.@Speakers will show their latest research results in an open atmosphere of free discourse. Anybody who is anxious to discuss "packaging" is very welcome to this workshop.
The official language of this workshop is English. 25 minutes is allocated for each presentation including 5 minutes for Q&A.
